I have had the opportunity, as I would call it, to troubleshoot all types of computer problems lately. Our Intermediate *nix class has given me the chance to help other people out with common Linux questions. An amusing moment came when I was helping someone setup MPlayer on SUSE, and they were so amazed at the power of a terminal. I have also done some work inside of Firefox upon students requests. I have just gotten back from someone who had an issue with the Thunderbird email client. What a change of pace that would be from my monotonous job now…
