Well Doom III comes to a close for me, just as the Linux version hits the stores. I do have to say that it is one of the best games I have ever played, my only regret being that I couldn’t squeeze a few extra frames per second out of my box. Well, when I upgrade in the future, I can go back and play everything at Ultra-High I suppose.

Those who have patiently waited for the Linux client – prepare to be awestruck… and have a change of underwear just in case.

    I love the game. The middle-portion gets a little repetetive, but the beginning and ending are awesome.
