My dad got me an Ingles gas card for my b-day. I tried Tuesday to fill up the car but… well, read Wednesday’s post. I tried again Wednesday night but the pumps were already closed. So I figured I would try again this morning. When I got out of the car an employee approached me and said the pumps had been struck by lightning last night. Just my luck.

Yeah, well try having your house struck by lightning the morning you're supposed to get your boss to work to have a meeting with the DL. I might as well have had Popeye's spicy chicken-substitute, because I almost crapped my pants this morning when I saw my clock had reset and the alarm never went off. But, as I tend to be, I got lucky again, and the boss didn't kill me. Yaaay! P.S. – Spider-Man 2 r0x0rs.
