SWAN Manager:

SWAN Manager is a Ruby on Rails / MySQL / Oracle application designed to manage several aspects of the SWAN Portal including user and role management, channel development, and announcement management. This website has been developed to provide helpdesk support to students and employees. Sending a Targeted Announcement looks at a user’s permissions, and shows a Population Selection from the Banner SIS. This then sends a SOAP request to the Portal server.
